1.单一用途描述 (Single Purpose Description)：
这是一个代理管理工具，用于配置和管理浏览器的代理设置。它可以自动识别HTTP和SOCKS5代理类型，支持域名和IP地址过滤，并提供实时的代理状态监控。
This is a proxy management tool for configuring and managing browser proxy settings. It can automatically detect HTTP and SOCKS5 proxy types, supports domain and IP address filtering, and provides real-time proxy status monitoring.

2.权限使用说明 (Permission Justifications)：

proxy:
需要此权限来设置和管理浏览器的代理配置，包括修改代理服务器设置、自动检测代理类型等核心功能。
Required to set and manage browser proxy configurations, including modifying proxy server settings and automatic proxy type detection.

storage:
用于保存用户的代理设置、绕过规则列表和偏好设置，确保设置在浏览器重启后仍然保持。
Used to save user’s proxy settings, bypass rules list, and preferences to ensure settings persist after browser restart.

declarativeNetRequest 和 declarativeNetRequestFeedback：
用于实现高效的网络请求过滤和规则匹配，支持绕过名单功能，使特定网站绕过代理直接连接。
Used for efficient network request filtering and rule matching, supporting bypass list functionality to allow specific websites to connect directly without proxy.

webRequest：
用于监控代理连接状态、检测代理错误，以及统计网络流量数据。
Used to monitor proxy connection status, detect proxy errors, and collect network traffic statistics.

host_permissions (http://*/*, https://*/*)：
需要访问网站以测试代理连接、检测代理类型，以及获取IP地址信息。仅用于功能测试，不会收集任何用户数据。
Required to test proxy connections, detect proxy types, and obtain IP address information. Only used for functionality testing, no user data is collected.

远程代码使用说明 (Remote Code Justification)：
扩展仅从预定义的API端点获取IP地址信息（如ip.sb、ipinfo.io等），不会执行任何远程代码。所有功能都在本地实现。
The extension only retrieves IP address information from predefined API endpoints (such as ip.sb, ipinfo.io, etc.) and does not execute any remote code. All functionality is implemented locally.

1. 不收集、存储或传输用户的个人数据
2. 所有设置都存储在用户的本地浏览器中
3. 仅在必要时访问网站以测试代理功能
